The villa at Quarterdecks Retreat was spotlessly clean and provided ample space for our family. We loved having two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, both equipped with TVs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were incredibly friendly. The facilities, including the BBQ area, were great additions to our stay. our experience at this retreat was very enjoyable.

Very good, will come back if we ever get to hervey bay again.

quarterdecks retreat villa exceeded our expectations during this christmas party. it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. the location was excellent, close to a dog beach, restaurants, and bars. we loved it and will be back.

Bed wasn't comfortable.

Was gived keys to unit 50, our unit was 51, had to wait 50 minuits to get right key, person in 50 wasn't happy when we just walked in. Staff was pretty disinterested and it seemed a inconvenience when we called them at 9pm about the problem, we had travelled 3.5 hours in the rain and would have liked to just walk in to our unit and relax. Toulet in main bathroom leaking all over floor, pretty disgusting to walk in..would not stay there again ever

Wonderful stay at a spacious, affordable, clean, and quiet 3-bedroom villa. The living area was large and had outdoor space. The fully equipped laundry, kitchen, and double garage were convenient. The main bedroom was spacious with a huge ensuite/WIR. The location was in a quiet area away from tourist spots. The complex facilities were well-maintained. Plenty of space for each family with 3 toilets and 2 TVs. The staff were friendly and the kids didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at Quarterdecks Retreat. Our stay was for a week-long family vacation. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, luxury, and cleanliness. We were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen, ample storage space, and great refrigeration. The hotel staff was welcoming, and they had the air conditioning running in our room even before our arrival on a scorching hot day. The convenience of parking our high roof van was a bonus, and the nearby fish market was a must-visit. The pool area and spa pool were enjoyable, and having a garage attached to our villa was very convenient. we felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The accommodation options at this place are great, with a range of 1-3 bedroom units available. The units are nicely laid out and have everything you need for your stay. The location is also convenient, with many attractions within walking distance and curtesy buses provided by most ventures. The pool and BBQ area are a highlight, perfect for large groups.

Sadly, wheelchair access to the units and pool area is not available, making it difficult for people with mobility disabilities.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception and were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment air-conditioned and ready for our arrival on an extremely hot day. The apartment exceeded our expectations, offering spaciousness and luxury, as well as being spotlessly clean. The ample storage space and top-of-the-line refrigeration and cooking appliances made self-catering a breeze. We highly recommend visiting the nearby local fish market for a taste of fresh seafood. Additionally, the parking arrangements for our high roof van were hassle-free. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the boat club, beach, seafood outlet, and local food stores. Although we didn't have the chance to use the pool and spa area, they looked FANTASTIC and are definitely on our agenda for our next stay. The private backyard was a highlight for our small dogs, providing a safe and secure space. our stay was memorable and we look forward to returning in the future.

The apartment at Quarterdecks Retreat was incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located near the Harbour. We had everything we needed, from a washer and dryer to WiFi and a full kitchen. The little terrace was a lovely bonus, and the furnishings were top-notch. The jacuzzi and swimming pool area were inviting, and the bed and sofas in the living room were super comfortable. The bathroom with the warm lamp was a nice touch, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to access our apartment in the morning of our arrival.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

As adventure travelers, we loved the secure and pet-friendly accommodations at Quarterdecks. The spacious unit had all the amenities we needed, including a secure yard and two patios. The tiled main area was perfect for our hairy German Shepherd. The location was ideal, with the beach and a beautiful walking path nearby. The adjacent pool was convenient, with easy access for a refreshing dip.

We felt very welcomed during our stay at Quarterdecks Retreat, and had no complaints at all.
